WHAT ARE MY WHOLESALE PRICES?
To view your wholesale prices you will need to first Create A Wholesale Jewelry Account.
Once your account is approved you will then have access to view all wholesale prices.
CAN I SHIP USING MY OWN BOXES?
If you have boxes with your logo then we can ship using your boxes. Keep in mind that the shipping price is based on the package size. We use padded envelopes that are the minimum USPS allows. Any packages over the required minimum may accrue additional costs.
WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING FROM?
All Jewelry is shipped from our showroom located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
HOW WILL YOUR STORE PRODUCTS SYNC INVENTORY?
We provide a Google Sheet with all the Inventory items updated weekly. You may also login in your account and see the inventory for each item.
IF DROP SHIPPING, HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship with USPS and each order costs $4.00. There is an additional handling fee of $3.5 that covers the pick and pack of the order as well as the jewelry box.
CAN I HAVE MY BRANDED INVOICE PACKED INSIDE EACH ORDER?
Yes you can have your own invoice with each order as long as you email us the invoice to Wholesale@JB-Jewelry.com
If you send the invoice ASAP or before 11am then we will include your invoice or packing slip in the box.
WHERE CAN I DROP SHIP JEWELRY?
We are currently only drop shipping jewelry in the USA market.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 2PM EST. All orders will be shipped the next business day after 2PM EST.
WHAT IS PACKED INSIDE EACH ORDER?
We pack the jewelry in a jewelry box and can insert an invoice (You Must Supply The Invoice). If you do not supply the invoice then we will not send an invoice in the package and only the jewelry item with the jewelry box will be shipped.
